This site is semi-private and free. It is exclusively for SERIAL INVENTORS AND LEAD USERS who are NOT aspiring entrepreneurs and would license or sell their niche inventions to rural towns even when there is no patent pending on the product.

We represent a network of rural Michigan towns that want to build a trust relationship with inventors and grow locally owned "HEADQUARTERS" around inventions (products & services) that meet the following screening criteria:

-NATIONAL MARKETS: Headquarters have multiple products sold to national and international markets.
-NICHE MARKETS: At least $10,000,000 but less than $100,000,000 in annual sales.
-VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS: 15%+ net after tax profits that generate sufficient cash flow to grow other product lines and new headquarters.
-INNOVATIVE CULTURE: Create a rural subculture that utilizes and retains a higher proportion of "gifted and talented" teens from their town.

While this site is not primarily designed as an OPEN SOURCE site, we experiment periodically with open source design that is financially beneficial to all contributing parties involved in a GROUP activity online. See EVENTS on the left sidebar for current projects.

You can invite other LEAD-USERS and SERIAL INVENTORS to join the network by clicking on the INVITE tab at the top over until December 1, 2008. After that a sign -up request will be sent to my office for a phone conversation to finalize the invitation. Keep in mind we are looking for quality serial inventors who can build a trust relationship with one or more of our towns not just numbers.
